53. Interception of Civil Aircraft
(1)Interception of civil aircraft shall be governed by these regulations and any other administrative directives issued by the Authority.(2)Subject to subregulation (1), the Authority shall undertake, due regard for the safety of navigation of civil aircraft.(3)The pilot-in-command of a civil aircraft, when intercepted, shall comply with the requirements prescribed in the Fifth Schedule, interpreting and responding to visual signals as specified in Fourth Schedule Interception of Civil Aircraft.
