17. Markings
(1)An Operator shall ensure that—(a)each package of dangerous goods is marked with the proper shipping name of its contents and, when assigned, the UN number and such other markings as may be specified in the Technical Instructions;(b)each packaging manufactured to a specification contained in the Technical Instructions, is marked in accordance with those Instructions;(c)no packaging is marked with a packaging specification marking unless it meets the appropriate packaging specification contained in the Technical Instructions.
