Operators, shippers, and other entities involved in the transportation of dangerous goods by air shall provide information to enable their personnel to carry out responsibilities with regard to the transport of dangerous goods and provide instructions as to the action to be taken in the event of emergencies arising involving dangerous goods.Source: Kenya Law
