4. Dangerous goods technical instructions
(1)An operator, shipper, freight forwarder and designated postal operator shall ensure compliance with the detailed provisions contained in the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air.(2)An operator, shipper, freight forwarder and designated postal operator shall take the necessary measures to achieve compliance with any amendment to the Technical Instructions which is published during the specified period of applicability of an edition of the Technical Instructions.
