6. Notification of variations from the Technical Instructions.
(1)The Authority shall promptly notify ICAO when it adopts different provisions from those specified in the Technical Instructions, for publication of the variation in the Technical Instructions.(2)An Operator who adopts more restrictive requirements than those specified in the Technical Instructions, shall notify the Authority and ICAO of such operator variations for publication in the Technical Instructions.
