8. Safety promotion
(1)As part of the SSP the Authority shall develop state safety promotion by means of—(a)internal communication and dissemination of safety information; and(b)external communication and dissemination of safety information.(2)In furtherance of the obligation in subregulation (1) the Authority shall promote safety awareness and the sharing and exchange of safety information to support the development of a positive safety culture that fosters the maintenance and improvement of safety.
