15. Application for ROC
(1)An operator applying to the Authority for a Remote Aircraft Operators Certificate shall submit an application in a form and manner prescribed by the Authority and containing any other information the Authority may require.(2)An operator shall make an application for an initial issue or reissue of an Remote Aircraft Operators Certificate at least ninety (90) days before the date of the intended operation.
