33. Filing of flight plans

(1)All Unmanned Aircraft System flights in controlled airspace shall file flight plans.

(2)Without prejudice to the generality of subregulation (1), all Unmanned Aircraft System flights in uncontrolled airspace shall at all times comply with the applicable rules of the air.
