42. Discharge or dropping goods
(1)A person shall not cause an object to be dropped or discharged from an Unmanned Aircraft System unless the authorization granted expressly provides for such dropping or discharge.(2)For purposes of this regulation, an object includes gases, liquids, solids, electromagnetic pulse or any other thing capable of being discharged or dropped from an Unmanned Aircraft System.
