10. Notification of referral to mediation
(1)Where a case is referred to mediation, the court shall notify the parties and the parties’ advocates within seven days after screening in Form 1 as set out in the Schedule.(2)Each party or party’s advocate shall, within seven days after receipt of the notification under subrule (1), file a case summary in Form 2 as set out in the Schedule.(3)A party shall, immediately after filing the case summary, serve upon the mediator and all other parties:Provided that the court and mediator shall not be prevented from proceeding with the mediation process only for the reason that a party has not filed a case summary.
