24. Agreement to mediate
(1)At the commencement of the mediation session, the mediator shall read and explain to the parties and the parties’ advocates or representatives the terms set out in an agreement to mediate, if any, and require the parties and the parties’ advocates or representatives to sign the agreement.(2)The agreement to mediate shall be in the prescribed Form 9 as set out in the Schedule.
