4. Mediation registries
(1)Where a court is implementing the Court-Annexed Mediation Programme, it shall establish a Mediation Registry.(2)The Mediation Registry established under subrule (1) shall be headed by a Mediation Registrar or such other officer designated by the court for that purpose.
