10. Reporting on non-market mechanisms
(1)The Cabinet Secretary shall include information maintained on the Platform in the annual report submitted to Parliament pursuant to section 8(2)(e) of the Act.(2)Each project proponent shall prepare and submit to the Directorate an annual progress report on the implementation of the project proponent’s non-market approaches in the Form set out in the Third Schedule.(3)The report submitted under subregulation (2) may include the challenges encountered during the implementation of the project and any proposed solutions for the implementation of the project.
