20. Certification, validation and verification
(1)Each carbon project shall, prior to commencement, be subject to certification of international standards by a recognized international body and validation by an independent auditor and each result shall be verified for compliance with the Act and these Regulations.(2)A project proponent that contravenes this regulation commits an offence.
