(1)A project proponent may request the Designated National Authority for authorisation of international transfer of mitigation outcomes as provided in the Sixth Schedule.(2)Upon receipt of the request under sub-regulation (1), the Designated National Authority may, with the approval of the Cabinet Secretary, authorise the international transfer of mitigation outcomes in the manner set out in the Seventh Schedule.
