35. Fiscal and non- fiscal incentives

(1)Subject to section 26 of the Act, the Cabinet Secretary may in consultation with the Cabinet Secretary responsible for finance, provide fiscal incentives to project proponents to support the development of carbon projects.

(2)The Cabinet Secretary may provide non-fiscal incentives to support the development of carbon projects.
