A project proponent engaged in a carbon project before the coming into operation of these Regulations, shall comply with the provisions of these Regulations within two years of commencement of these Regulations:Provided that an ongoing carbon project shall undertake an environmental audit within six months of commencement of these Regulations.Source: Kenya Law
