A liquidator appointed under section 65 of the Act shall ublish in the Gazette and in at least one newspaper circulating in the ea in which the society whose registration has been cancelled, operates, a notice requiring claims against such society to be submitted him within two months from the date of such publication.Source: Kenya Law
