6. Notification of refusal to register a society
(1)Where the Commissioner refuses to register a proposed Notific society or its by-laws, he shall give the applicants his reasons in writing register a society for such refusal within sixty days of the refusal.(2)A person aggrieved by the Commissioner’s refusal under sub-rule(l) may appeal against the refusal to the Cabinet Secretary on paying a filing fee of one thousand shillings.
