9. Membership of society
(1)No co-operative society shall fix any limit to the number of its members(2)Any member of a co-operative society who ceases to qualify for membership of the society under section 14 of the Act, or under these Rules or the by-laws of the society, shall forthwith cease to be a member of the society and the Committee shall direct the secretary or manager to strike his name off the register of members.
