11. Licensing procedure
(1)The Authority may, after inspection and evaluation of an application received under these Regulations, grant the licence applied for or reject the application.(2)Where an application is rejected, the Authority shall notify the applicant accordingly, giving reasons for the rejection and pointing out the reasons leading thereto within fourteen days after the date of the decision of the Authority.(3)The applicant may resubmit an application following such rejection after addressing the issues raised in the notification from the Authority.(4)Where an application is rejected after resubmission under subregulation (3), the applicant may appeal to the Cabinet Secretary within thirty days after notification of the rejection by the Authority.(5)The Authority shall process the licences for successful applicants in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
