6. Application for a licence
(1)Every person intending to engage in coffee business shall apply to the Authority or the County Government, as the case may be, using the respective application forms set out in the First Schedule, and shall be issued with the registration certificate or licence, as the case may be, in the corresponding forms set out in the same Schedule.(2)Every coffee dealer shall produce the certificate or licence respectively issued under subregulation (1) upon request by an inspector at all reasonable times.(3)The Authority shall maintain up-to-date records of all persons registered or licensed under this Regulation.
