20. Action against respondent
After adopting any of the options stated in regulation 19, the Commission may determine the complaint and—(a)make a formal determination that the respondent is in breach of the Constitution, the Act or any other legislation;(b)declare the respondent to be a person ineligible to hold a state or public office;(c)enter the name of the respondent in the Commission’s Citation Register which shall be signed and sealed by the Chairperson and which shall include the nature of the complaint and the determination made; or(d)make any other adverse finding against the respondent.
