8. Service of process
(1)Any document required or authorized to be served under these Regulations shall, where practicable, be served personally on the person by delivering or tendering the document to that person.(2)Where it is not possible to effect personal service, the document may be served in such manner as the Commission may determine.(3)Any document requiring service under these Regulations shall be served by an officer of the Commission or any other person authorized to do so by the Commission.
