14. Community land register
(1)There shall be maintained a community land register in accordance with the provisions of section 8 of the Land Registration Act (Cap. 300).(2)Upon receipt of the cadastral map in accordance with section 8(7) of the Act, the Registrar shall open a community land register in the name of the community and issue a certificate of title or lease in accordance with section 8 of the Land Registration Act (Cap. 300).(3)Any transaction on community land shall be noted in the register in accordance with the provisions of the Land Registration Act(Cap. 300).
