1. Citation and commencement
(1)These regulations may be cited as the Companies (General) Regulations.(2)Except as provided by subsection (3), these regulations come into operation on the fourteenth day after their publication in the Gazette.(3)Those provisions of these regulations that relate to provisions of the Act that have not come into operation by the day specified in paragraph (2) come into operation on the day on which those provisions of the Act come into operation.
