6. Statement of capital and initial shareholdings
(1)For the purposes of section 14(2)(c) of the Act, the following particulars of the rights attached to the shares are prescribed:(a)voting rights that attach to the shares (including voting rights that arise only in certain circumstances);(b)rights to dividends or distributions attached to the shares;(c)any right to participate in a return of capital (including on the liquidation of the company);(d)whether the shares will be redeemed or may be redeemed at the option of the company or the shareholder;(e)any terms or conditions relating to redemption of the shares.(2)For the purposes of section 14(3) of the Act, the statement of capital and initial shareholdings is required to include the name and address of each subscriber to the memorandum of association.
