68. Fees payable in relation to registration of companies or documents relating to companies
(1)A fee specified in column 3 of Part 1 of the Ninth Schedule is payable to the Registrar in respect of the matter described, opposite the fee, in column 2 of that Part in relation to the registration of a company having a share capital or for the registration of a document lodged to the Registrar in respect of such a company.(2)A fee specified in column 3 of Part 2 of the Ninth Schedule is payable to the Registrar in respect of the matter described, opposite the fee, in column 2 of that Part in relation to the registration of a company limited by guarantee or for the registration of a document lodged to the Registrar in respect of such a company.(3)A fee specified in column 3 of Part 3 of the Ninth Schedule is payable to the Registrar in respect of the matter described, opposite the fee, in column 2 of that Part in relation to the registration of a company limited by guarantee or for the registration of a document lodged to the Registrar in respect of such a company.(4)The fee specified in column 3 of Part 4 of the Ninth Schedule is payable to the Registrar in respect of the matter described, opposite the fee, in column 2 of that Part in relation to the registration of an unlimited company that has no share capital.
