29. International recalls
(1)Any product that has been recalled in a foreign jurisdiction shall also be recalled in Kenya.(2)An undertaking involved in the supply of a product that is subject to an international or regional recall shall put in place measures to facilitate the recall in Kenya and report to the Authority quarterly on the same.
