36. Information request
(1)Pursuant to sections 31(4) and 70A of the Act, the Authority may, during the course of its investigation, issue a notice to any person to supply information, document or evidence or to appear before the Authority.(2)The notice under sub-rule (1) shall state the legal basis, the purpose of the request and indicate the consequences of not complying therewith in accordance with section 88 of the Act.
