9. Mergers excluded from notification requirements
(1)A merger excluded pursuant to section 42 (1) of the Act shall not require an authorizing order from the Authority.(2)In determining a merger to be excluded from notification, the Authority shall be guided by the Merger Threshold Guidelines set out in the First Schedule.
