33. Adjournment of hearings
The Tribunal may, if sufficient cause is shown at any stage of the proceedings, adjourn the hearing for such time or date as it may consider appropriate provided that in any case, the Tribunal may grant adjournment on such reasonable terms.Source: Kenya Law
