22. Access to declarations.
(1)A person may, for purposes of section 36 of the Act, apply to the responsible Commission to access information contained in a declaration or clarification made under the Act in Form K set out in the Schedule.(2)The responsible Commission shall notify the concerned public officer in writing of the application made under paragraph (1).(3)The responsible Commission shall—(a)where it grants the request for access, notify the applicant in writing of the scope, procedure and manner of access; or(b)where it does not grant the request for access, notify the applicant in writing and give reasons for the decision.
