25. Compliance reports.
(1)Every reporting entity shall, within six months after the end of the financial year, file compliance reports with the Commission in Form L set out in the Schedule.(2)Every responsible Commission shall—(a)in relation to a two-year declaration, file a compliance report with the Commission in Form M set out in the Schedule by the 31st July of the year following the declaration year; and(b)in relation to initial and final declarations, file a compliance report with the Commission in Form M set out in the Schedule by the 31st July following the end of the financial year.(3)The compliance reports under paragraph (1) or (2) may be filed electronically
