28. Protection of complainants and witnesses.

(1)A person shall not be subjected to harassment, discrimination, reprisal, victimization or any other form of unfair treatment for lodging a complaint with a reporting authority or the Commission or for testifying in a court of law.

(2)A witness may be provided with special protection as provided under the Witness Protection Act (Cap. 79).

(3)A person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be subject to administrative action by the reporting authority in addition to any other action provided in any written law.
