15. Validity of approvals by the Controller of Budget for withdrawal of funds
(1)The approval for withdrawal of funds issued by the Controller of Budget shall be valid for seven days.(2)Upon expiry of the seven days, the National Treasury or a County Treasury shall resubmit the requisition for approval of withdrawal of funds in accordance with these Regulations.
