9. Format of reporting financial statements
For the purposes of section 46F(a) and in addition to the annual financial statement of the collective management organisation, the organisation shall submit a detailed summary of total revenue collected from each source of income, royalties paid, any income retained for administrative costs, taxes retained or paid on the income, and incomes not distributed.Source: Kenya Law
