14. Renewal of accreditation
(1)An institution shall make an application for renewal of accreditation to the Council, in Form CLE No. 1 set out in the First Schedule.(2)Where the Council is satisfied on the basis of the information supplied in the reports that a legal education institution has maintained standards set out in these Regulations, it shall renew the certificate of accreditation of that legal education institution for a further period of five years.
