20. Grounds for appeal
(1)Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Council may appeal in writing to the Cabinet Secretary through the Secretary within thirty days from the date of the Council's decision.(2)The applicant shall set out the grievance or issues to be determined by the Committee.(3)The Committee shall determine the Appeal within three months from the date of its appointment.
