22. Establishment of committees
(1)The Council may establish such committees as it considers necessary for undertaking any of its functions under these Regulations.(2)Notwithstanding the generality of paragraph (1), the Council shill establish committees to—(a)inspect institutions; and(b)determine the persons eligible for admission to the Bar.
