15. Acceptance of documents lodged out of time
The Registrar shall not refuse to accept any document on the ground that it is lodged out of time but shall stamp on the document, the date on which it is presented, mark on it "LODGED OUT OF TIME" and inform the person lodging it.Source: Kenya Law
