26. Orders of the Court

After the hearing of an election appeal, the Court may make an order—

(a)dismissing the appeal;

(b)affirming the decision of the High Court; or

(c)granting any other appropriate relief as contemplated under section 75(3) of the Elections Act (Cap. 7).
