1. Citation and coming into operation of the Rules
(1)These Rules may be cited as the Court of Appeal Rules and shall come into operation at the expiry of ninety days after publication in the Gazette.(2)These Rules shall not limit or otherwise affect the inherent power of the Court to make any orders as may be necessary for the ends of justice or to prevent abuse of the process of the Court.
