10. Endorsement of documents
Whenever a document is lodged in the Registry, a sub- registry or the registry of a superior court under or in accordance with these Rules, the Registrar, deputy registrar or registrar of the superior court, as the case may be, shall cause the document to be endorsed showing the date and time when it was lodged.Source: Kenya Law
