119. Refund of fees paid in criminal appeals
Where an appeal is allowed from a superior court in exercise of its appellate criminal jurisdiction, the Court may, for sufficient reason, order the refund to the appellant of the fees paid by him or her under these Rules or any part thereof.Source: Kenya Law
