48. Procedure regarding applications lodged in sub-registries
(1)When an application to be heard by a single judge is lodged in a sub-registry, the relevant deputy registrar shall list it for hearing before a judge locally resident, or if there is no judge available locally, shall send it to the Registrar.(2)When any other application is lodged in a sub-registry, the deputy registrar shall send it to the Registrar without delay.
