62. Consolidation of appeals
(1)Where two or more appeals are brought from convictions or sentences passed at the same trial, they shall, unless the Court otherwise orders, be consolidated and shall proceed as one appeal.(2)Where two or more persons convicted by a subordinate court have appealed to a superior Court where their appeals have been consolidated, and any two or more of them give notice of appeal to the Court, their appeals shall, unless the Court otherwise orders, be consolidated and shall proceed as one appeal.
