68. Presentation of written submissions
(1)A party to an appeal or application may file written submissions in support of or in opposition to the appeal or application, as the case may be, and serve the submissions on the other parties.(2)Written submissions filed under subrule (1) shall be signed by or on behalf of the party and shall be lodged in five copies or such other additional copies as may be required, in accordance with the pre- trial directions given by the Registrar during the case management conference.
