(1)A commercial nursery operator shall submit annual returns to the county government in Form Bx24 set out in the First Schedule not later than the tenth day of the first month after the end of the financial year.(2)A bixa agent shall submit biannual returns to the Authority in Form Bx25 set out in the First Schedule not later than the tenth day of January and the tenth day of July.(3)A bixa processor shall submit quarterly returns to the Authority in Form Bx26 set out in the First Schedule.(4)A bixa exporter or bixa importer shall submit quarterly returns to the Authority in Form Bx27 set out in the First Schedule.
