35. Prohibition against removal of labels, seals, etc.
A person shall not, except with express written authority of a grower, remove labels or seals or open technically sewn or closed packets of coffee unless for the purpose of inspection to determine their validity and genuineness or for other lawful cause.Source: Kenya Law
